Day 1 Lodging in Branson, MO
We’re headed to Branson to see a Show!

Day 2 Lodging in Memphis, TN
Heading south, cross the Buffalo National River on the way to the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum. The library contains a replica of the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room plus ever-changing displays and exhibits.

Day 3 Lodging in Baton Rouge, LA
You’ll see one of the oldest antebellum homes in Vicksburg, the McNutt House, and then the Lower Mississippi River Museum, and the Vicksburg National Military Park. A step-on-guide will tell tales of how the battle of Vicksburg turned the tide of the Civil War.

Day 4 Lodging in New Orleans
Baton Rouge, the state capitol, is the tallest capitol in the US, standing 450’. An observation deck on the 27th floor overlooks the city. Explore the back country in LaPlace. An echo boat tour takes you through the Manchac Swamp.

Day 5 Lodging in New Orleans
Set in the French Quarter, you’ll enjoy the Beauregard-Keyes House, an elegant and stylized Victorian estate. Relax during the step-on guided tour of New Orleans – from the French Quarter to the Bayou.

Day 6 Lodging in New Orleans
Take a journey back in time through the powerful images and artifacts of the National WWII Museum. Changing gears, see what it takes to bring Mardi Gras to life. Walk through massive studios where floats are built and see the elaborate costumes at Mardi Gras World. Complete the day with a Mississippi River cruise on the Steamboat Natchez.

Day 7 Lodging in Mississippi
Tour the Mississippi State Capitol building which was once the site of a state penitentiary and is now listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Day 8 Lodging in St. Louis Area
Get ready for a big day as you tour the Elvis Presley estate, Graceland. Dinner tonight in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
