Day 1     Overnight in Arnold, MO
Travel in luxury southeast through St. Joe to your destination of St. Louis. Use these few hours to make new friends and share stories!.

Day 2     Overnight in Shepherdsville, KY
Tour Churchill Downs. After you’ve seen the horse racing mecca, it’s on to the Derby Museum. For lovers of our national sport, the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory will be a home run.

Day 3     Overnight in Shepherdsville, KY
At the Oscar Getz Museum of Whiskey History and the Bardstown Historical Museum, learn about the history of whiskey and items relating to 200 years of area history: Indian relics, Abraham Lincoln documents, Stephen Foster memorabilia and more. Visit My Old Kentucky Home State Park, inspiration for Foster’s famous ballad. Also tour Maker’s Mark Distillery.

Day 4     Overnight in Shepherdsville, KY
Clothing and artifacts tell the story of women’s role in the Civil War at the Women of the Civil War Museum. Shopping at The Most Awesome Flea Market and lunch on My Old Kentucky Dinner Train is followed by sightseeing. End your day at the Civil War Museum of the Western Theatre.

Day 5     Lodging in Clarksville, TN
Learn about the relocation of more than 12,000 Cherokee people forced to travel north through Nashville into Illinois and Missouri and finally to Oklahoma at the Trail of Tears Commemorative Park and Heritage Center. You’ll enjoy dinner and entertainment in the evening in Clarksville, Tennessee, before your evening ends

Day 6     Lodging in Arnold, MO
Tour the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal with beautiful and calming grounds of the church, which is modeled after the Vincentian Motherhouse Chapel in Rome. Locks and dams, river habitats, boat captains and the Civil War – learn about all of these at the River Discovery Center in Paducah, Kentucky.

Day 7     Homeward Bound
Tour the Walt Disney Hometown Museum with  a unique collection of family effects.
