Day 2 — Overnight Atlanta, GA
Clarksville, TN Step-on-Guide - See how the tobacco trade, gun powder mines and the Civil War all come together in this remarkable town. You will once again be treat to dinner.
Day 3 — Overnight Brooksville, FL
Silver Springs Glass Bottom boat - Take a unique boat ride through the largest artesian springs ever discovered.
Days 4,5,6,7 — 4 nights Fort Myers Beach, FL
For the next four days this is the vacation you have always dreamed about. Your home will be The Outrigger Beach Resort. The only white you will see at your feet will be the white sands of Fort Myers Beach. You will be on your own to use your trolley pass to explore the beach area or you can just sit on the beach and soak up the sun. Hop on and off the trolley to visit and enjoy local shops and restaurants. The trolley takes you from Lover’s Key State Park to Time Square on the Beach. Or you can take a walk on the beach and gather shells, relax at pool side or enjoy any of the many activities the Outrigger has to offer. Your vacation, your choice! Day 8 — Overnight Fort Myers, FL
• Koreshan State Historic Site: Tour this historical site built in 1894 by the Koreshan Unity, one of the few religious sects that survived into the 19th century.
• Coastland Mall: A great place to shop and have lunch.
• Everglades Wonder Gardens: Built in 1936 by Lester and Bill Piper, today the gardens are a 31/2 acre botanical jungle filled with native trees and animals.
• Riverwalk, Downtown Fort Myers: Dinner on your own.
Day 9 — Overnight Fort Myers, FL
• Narrated tour of historical Fort Myers: See why Fort Myers is called the “City of Palms”.
• J.N. “Ding Darling” National Wildlife Refuge: Enjoy a tram ride through one of the largest undeveloped mangrove ecosystemsin the US, home to a large population of migratory birds and American Alligators.
Day 10 — Overnight Fort Myers, FL
• Six Miles Cypress Slough: A 3,400-acre wetland park with 1.2 miles of elevated boardwalk & five observation decks See native plants & animals including several considered endangered.
• Flea Masters Flea Market: Enjoy shopping and lunch
• Manatee Park: See how these “gentile giants interact with each other in the wild.
Day 11 — Overnight Fort Myers, FL
• Calusa Heritage Trail: Learn more about the Calusa Indians, once a powerful Indian Tribe, they are now extinct.
• Historic Tarpon Lodge: Have lunch on us.
• ECHO Global Farm Tour: Helping to solve hunger problems around the world, you will be amazed at this truly unique farm.
Day 12 — Overnight Brooksville, FL
• Solomon’s Castle: The home and galleries of the internationally known artist Howard Solomon. Tour this castle built by hand. Then have lunch on us in the Boat in the Moat.
Day 13 — Overnight Atlanta, GA
• Global Village and Discovery Center: See life size Habitat for Humanity houses from around theworld. Tonight you will have dinner on us.
Day 14 — Overnight Arnold, MO
• Music City Tour: Learn more about this historical city and it’s rich musical history. Have both lunch and dinner on us.
Day 15 — Time to return home.
